Ben A. Lively, Jr.
A Georgia native raised in Atlanta, Ben grew up in his family’s commercial contracting business before moving into residential construction after attending the University of Georgia. Over more than 30 years, he has built homes throughout metro Atlanta and on Lake Lanier, earning recognition for professionalism in homebuilding and development.
As Ashley Homes’ head of building, Ben brings seasoned judgment to planning, construction, and the decisions that protect quality from the foundation through the final details. His long involvement with Greater Atlanta’s homebuilding community gives clients the benefit of both deep experience and practical local knowledge.

Lead Interior Designer
Lossie Lively
Lossie is a Georgia native whose background blends design, public relations, education, and real estate. After attending the University of Georgia, her early work included service at the Georgia State Capitol with the Fulton House Delegation and in the Georgia House Clerk’s Office, followed by teaching special education in DeKalb County.
Today, Lossie serves as Ashley Homes’ lead interior designer. She helps families navigate interior and exterior selections with an eye for proportion, color, function, and the way a home should feel. Her warmth and communication skills make the selection process clearer, more personal, and more enjoyable.

Owner / Operator
Ben A. Lively, III
Born and raised in the Atlanta area, Ben grew up learning the family business firsthand, with early experience in renovation, new construction, and development planning. After graduating from Georgia Southern University, he moved into full-time project leadership, coordinating residential work from initial planning through completion.
As owner and operator of Ashley Homes, Ben manages the company’s day-to-day operations and stays closely involved with every project. His hands-on approach, mechanical understanding, and attention to detail help keep communication direct, decisions practical, and the finished work held to the Ashley Homes standard.
