Ashley Homes collects information you choose to provide through our website, including your name, contact information, project address, project preferences, requested consultation timing, and messages. We use this information to review your request, communicate with you, schedule consultations, and provide remodeling or construction services.

We also retain basic campaign information, such as the advertisement, campaign, placement, referring page, and website address that brought you to our qualifier. This helps us understand which advertising produces genuine project inquiries. Meta-specific click and browser identifiers are retained only when you allow advertising measurement. We do not sell your personal information.

Advertising measurement choices

On our project qualifier, you may choose whether to allow Meta advertising measurement. If you select “Allow,” the Meta Pixel may store or read advertising identifiers in your browser and report page visits and a completed lead event to Meta Platforms, Inc. We may also use Meta’s Conversions API to report the same completed lead from our server. Browser and server events use one matching event identifier so the same request is not counted twice.

When you allow this measurement, we may provide Meta with campaign identifiers, browser or device information, the page URL, advertising cookies such as _fbp or _fbc, and normalized, securely hashed versions of your email address and phone number for attribution. We do not send Meta your project address, budget, project description, consultation request, or other construction details. If you select “Continue without” before allowing measurement, the Meta Pixel is not loaded by Ashley Homes and no server conversion is requested for that submission. If you previously allowed measurement during the same visit, changing to “Continue without” stops future Pixel events but cannot retract an event already sent with your earlier permission. Your qualifier works normally either way.

Your measurement preference and the version of the choice shown to you are recorded separately from your permission for Ashley Homes to contact you. The browser preference is saved so we can remember it on a later visit. You can reopen “Privacy & ad settings” in the qualifier footer and change the preference before submitting another request. Browser settings and extensions may also let you clear stored preferences or block advertising technologies.

Service providers and retention

We use service providers to host our website, store project requests, protect forms from abuse, deliver communications, and maintain business records. We limit the information shared to what is reasonably needed for those services. Information may be retained when reasonably necessary for customer service, security, recordkeeping, and legal or business purposes.

You may ask us to access, update, or delete information you submitted by emailing info@ashleyhomesga.com. If you consent to telephone calls, text messages, or email, you may ask us to stop at any time. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.
